In a recent interview with Cricket Australia, Glenn Maxwell lauded Virat Kohli for his finest display of cricket. He was not only impressed with Virat Kohli’s batting but also with his approach to the game and the attitude on the field as well.

The Australian furtherly added saying the run-machine of India is an astonishing skipper for team India across the formats. He also showered words of praise on Virat Kohli’s determination to score runs on a regular basis for his country.

He went on to explain the sweet sound which comes out of Virat Kohli’s willow while knocking the ball. And also, praised the India skipper for his decisions to act accordingly during the game.

“Virat Kohli is an amazing player, incredible captain and leader. He’s got an insatiable appetite of being the best. He’s been the best fielder, best batter, best fitness wise. He’s got an incredible desire to just dominate. If you’d look at his technique, it’s almost flawless,” Maxwell said.

“He just hits the middle of the bat so much more often than everyone else. It looks like he has more time and just makes good decisions. Combine all this with an incredible eye and an incredible training ethic and he becomes the best in the world,” he added.

However, as Glenn Maxwell said, Virat Kohli has got incredible ability to set the stage on fire on his day for team India. Apart from his batting skills, Virat Kohli has got the knack of handing memorable victories for the men in blue with his aggressive captaincy.
