As soon as Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma shared the news of their much-awaited wedding on Twitter, they were flooded with congratulatory messages from all around.

After keeping the whole matter under the covers, the couple revealed the news only after the completion of the proceedings in Italy. They took to Twitter to share separate pictures of their wedding with the same caption that read:

“Today we have promised each other to be bound in love for ever. We are truly blessed to share the news with you. This beautiful day will be made more special with the love and support of our family of fans & well wishers. Thank you for being such an important part of our journey.”

Ever since then, ‘Virushka’, as the fans fondly call them, has become the talk of the town. Eminent personalities from the film fraternity, sports and fans came together to wish the couple a happy married life collectively and one can say that one of the most interesting tweets for the newlyweds was from none other than Kohli’s India teammate Rohit Sharma.

The India opener had a word of advice for both Kohli as well as Anushka. While the right-handed batsman told Kohli that he would share his ‘husband handbook’ with him, he advised Anushka to keep the surname.

“Congratulations you two! @imVkohli , I’ll share the husband handbook with you. @AnushkaSharma , keep the surname ??,” Rohit tweeted.

With so many messages, Kohli took some time to reply to Rohit but when he did, he made sure to reply in an equally interesting manner. The India captain not only thanked his deputy in limited-overs cricket for the wish but also asked him to not only share the husband handbook but also the double hundred handbook.

“Haha thanks Rohit, and please do share the Double Hundred Handbook as well. ??,” Kohli replied to Rohit’s tweet.

Rohit recently scored his third double century in ODIs and is the only cricketer in the world to have achieved the feat more than once. On the other hand, Kohli, who has six double hundreds in Tests, is yet to score a double ton in the 50-over format.
