Virat Kohli is the fittest player in the world.

“I will not say something which is inaccurate. In fact, I will not say that ‘I never thought that fitness will make me look good'”, Kohli told India Today at the launch of new footwear select ‘One Eight Select’.

“Eventually, you realize that it does so much good to you in terms of your mental state, in terms of how you feel and how much more you can do.”

“It is not confined to just sport because even in work scenario as well, if you are fit, you will not be able to work more and achieve more. You will be able to be more productive because if you lack energy you will not be as productive as you should be”.

Indian skipper Virat Kohli has injected the right habits in his team and the whole side has worked on its fitness. Thus, the results have been fruitful for the Men in Blue. Kohli will look to continue in the similar fashion as his hunger to improve himself is never satiated.
