Virat Kohli Shares a Warm Hug With Wife Anushka Sharma

Indian skipper Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma shared a warm hug before former bids goodbye to the latter. It’s pertinent to mention Team India is scheduled to face Ireland before taking on England in the gruelling series.

Media spotted a couple at the Mumbai airport when Kohli boarded the flight to New Delhi. Meanwhile, the Indian captain attended a pre-departure press conference before the jetting off to the United Kingdom (UK), for the crucial tour.

Virat’s wife and Bollywood actress Anushka had come to the airport to see off her husband at the airport. Meanwhile, it was palpable and eventually tough for the duo to bid goodbye to each other.

Meanwhile, Kohli confirmed he is ready to go and his neck is fine now. Furthermore, the batting mainstay is looking forward to playing competitive cricket in England.

However, India will play a two-match Twenty20 International series against Ireland before the England tour.

The first T20I will be played on June 27 at Dublin whereas the second one is scheduled for June 29 at the same venue.

Men in Blue will then set their foot in England for the imperative tour.

India will play three T20I, as many One-day Internationals and five Test matches in England.

The T20I series will embark from July 3 whereas ODI series will begin from July 12.

Meanwhile, the Test series will commence on August 1st. Therefore the Indian team will have plenty of time to get acclimatized to the English conditions.

On the other side, Anushka can join Kohli on the England tour. We had recently noticed the Indian players’ wives had accompanied them on the South African tour.

Owing to a low-key affair, Virat Kohli and Anushka tied the knot in December last year in Italy’s city Tuscany.
