After decades of wait, the much-awaited Ayodhya verdict was finally announced on November 9. The Supreme Court of India, on Saturday, awarded the disputed Ram Janmbhoomi-Babri Masjid land in Ayodhya to the Hindu side. In addition, the apex court of the nation also said that Muslim side should get 5 acres of land to build a mosque.

The Supreme Court in its verdict further asked the central court to form a panel inside three months to look after the temple construction.
