Former Indian opener Virender Sehwag has decided to fund children’s education of martyred CRPF Jawans. Sehwag will take complete care of the education of all the children who lost their father in a brutal attack. Meanwhile, 42 CRPF lost their lives when terrorists attacked the convoy in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Consequently, it is a great step by former Indian batsman Virender Sehwag. Sehwag will fund the children’s education in his own Sehwag International School, Jhajjar. The Delhi based player took to his Twitter account to confirm the news.

Sehwag comes with a good gesture.

Sehwag said that whatever he will do for the noble cause will not be enough. Thus, it is a good way to contribute a small amount in the future education of children of jawans.

Meanwhile, India and Australia will lock horns in two-match T20I series. Furthermore, they will take on each other in the five-match ODI series. The first T20I will take place on 24th February at Vishkhapatnam.

India had clinched two series while playing against Australia in Australia. The T20I series was tied 1-1 whereas India went on to win their first Test series on the Australian soil. Furthermore, they won the ODI series by 2-1 after MS Dhoni got back into form.

Hence, India will like to be at the top of their game before the World Cup. The quadrennial event will commence from 30 May with hosts England taking on South Africa in the first match.

Virender Sehwag took to Twitter to make the announcement. The post read as,  “Nothing we can do will be enough, but the least I can do is offer to take complete care of the education of the children of our brave CRPF jawans martyred in #Pulwama in my Sehwag International School @SehwagSchool , Jhajjar. Saubhagya Hoga”.
