On Tuesday, the world of cricket saw a couple of brilliant acts on a cricket field when India locked horns against Australia in the 3rd T20I of the three-match series. First up, it was Sanju Samson who pulled off a magical save while Australia was batting in the first innings. Next up, it was Steve Smith who did wonders on the boundary ropes against India in the second innings.

It was on the second ball of the 14th over when Glenn Maxwell took the charge against Shardul Thakur and hit him straight on the long-on boundary. However, Samson was on the boundary as he flew in mid-air and saved the boundary, giving away only a couple of runs.

Steve Smith Gives It Back To The Indian Team On The Field As He Comes Up With A Blinder Of A Save

It was in the 13th over of the Indian innings that Steve Smith pulled off a blinder of a save as Indian skipper Virat Kohli attacked Adam Zampa and smashed him on the long-on boundary. However, to the dismay of Indian fans and players, Steve Smith was present on the boundary and he jumped off to pull a brilliant save in midair.

The Australian players and the fans were all stunned with this brilliant save as Smith managed to pull off a worldie on the boundary. Both the teams have looked sloppy on the field and in such games, these sort of fielding efforts boost the morale of the entire team.

Team India look in a bit of trouble chasing a 187-run score as they have lost four wickets in the chase. The Men in Blue need 76 runs in the final 30 balls as and when this report is being published.
