Team India skipper Virat Kohli’s poor run with the bat continues as he got out for a second-ball duck in the first innings of the first Test against Bangladesh in Indore. Abu Jayed, the only bowler who looked to pose some sort of problems trapped Kohli with a beautiful delivery.

Bangladesh got their first reward on day two when they removed Cheteshwar Pujara early. The Saurashtra batsman got back to the hurt soon after reaching his fifty getting Jayed his second wicket. However, the priceless wicket came when he dismissed Virat Kohli for a duck leaving India at 119 for three after starting the day at 86 for 1.

It was a good length delivery which nipped in after pitching and Kohli ended up playing across the line a bit missing the ball completely. Abu Jayed appealed and convinced his skipper to take the review. And the replays certainly painted a more concerned picture for Kohli as it looked close. HawkEye cleared the picture and showed us three reds.

It was a rare failure for Virat Kohli as he came to this game on the back of two double hundreds against Bangladesh in the last two Tests. The ball caught Kohli by surprise and footwork was also not upto the mark which caused the downfall.
