In his free time, Indian right-handed batsman Ajinkya Rahane paid a visit to some young fans of cricket at Ceat Tyres. Rahane has a four-year deal with Ceat Tyres which represents that he would be endorsing the CEAT bat in all the versions of cricket. The 31-year old posted a video on his official Twitter account where he visited a bunch of kids and played indoor cricket with them.

The likes of Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Virat Kohli, and MS Dhoni became the reasons due to which the youngsters dream of making it big in this field.

Meanwhile, the Mumbai batsman endured a horror tour of New Zealand where India, the number one Test team suffered a series sweep. In two matches, India’s Test vice-captain could manage only 91 runs at an average of 22.75.

His highest score in two Tests was 46. Former cricketers also criticised Rahane’s tactic against short-pitched deliveries in the second innings of the second Test as he appeared clueless against Neil Wagner’s bowling and finally fell prey to him. In total, he has played 65 Tests and scored 4203 runs at a healthy average of 42.89 with eleven centuries.
