Watch: Anushka Sharma Blushes As Fans Chant Virat Kohli's Name At Promotional Event

No matter where Anushka Sharma goes, she just cannot avoid questions or talks related to her husband and India skipper Virat Kohli. Well, the Bollywood star faced a similar situation in a recent promotional event. And all she could do was blush and give a witty answer to the fans.

On a promotional tour for her upcoming film Sui Dhaga, Anushka Sharma was with her co-star Varun Dhawan in Jaipur on August 27. She was showcasing the film’s trailer to the students of Vivekananda Global University when they began chanting Kohli’s name. Varun also poked fun at her and said, “Unse mujhe bhi bahut prem hai (Even I love him a lot).”

In reply, a smiling Anushka said:

“Jee haan jee haan.. Sabko unse prem hai, mujhe bhi hai. Sabko unki yaad aa rahi hai, mujhe bhi aa rahi hai. (Yes, everyone loves him, I also love him. Everyone is missing him, I also miss him.)”

Anushka had accompanied Kohli to England but left for India due to her work commitments. On the other hand, Kohli is still in England for the last game of the ongoing five-match Test series.

India has already conceded an unassailable 3-1 lead and would look to salvage some pride by winning the final game. But unlike his teammates, Kohli is having a dream time with bat in England. In a series, where all the batsmen have struggled to get going, Kohli has looked class apart.

So far, he has amassed 544 runs with the help of 2 centuries and as many fifties in 4 games. The fact that Jos Buttler, the second-highest run-scorer in the series, has managed 260 runs tells the story of how much Kohli has dominated.
