Arjun Tendulkar is looking well set to make big in cricket. Son of the legendary Sachin Tendulkar, Arjun is a bowling allrounder. He earned his maiden India U-19 call-up last year and has not looked back. He recently impressed for Aakash Tigers in the  T20 Mumbai League, making a mark with both bat and ball. Arjun is now in England, playing for MCC Young Cricketers against Surrey second XI and is making a mark once again.

He gave MCC a solid start by castling Nathan Tilley for just 4 with a gem of a delivery. On the first ball of the third over, the youngster bowled one onto the middle stump to Tilley. The right-hander decided to offer a dead bat to the ball but the ball swung back in and breached his defence before going on to disturb his furniture.

Here is a clip of that impress dismissal from Arjun Tendulkar:

Talking about Arjun, he has not looked back since the maiden call up from the Under-19 team. Later in November last year, he had impressed in the Vinoo Mankad Trophy. The left-arm pacer had bagged the figures of 5/30 to help Mumbai thrash Gujarat by 9 wickets. He had also taken 3 for just 14 runs off seven overs in Mumbai’s 10-wicket win over Assam. In that same month, he had taken six wickets for 70 runs while playing for Vijay Merchant XI against Vijay Manjrekar XI in the KC Mahindra Shield U-19 tournament.

Arjun, in fact, has been doing well for the last two years or so. In the 2017-18 Cooch Behar Trophy, he had picked up 19 wickets in five matches, including two five-wicket hauls for Mumbai Under-19.

In July 2017, he was part of an MCC squad that played two matches against Namibia Under-19 in England. He starred for his side in the first game, picking up for wickets as MCC bowled out Namibia for just 49.

Earlier this year, he made it to Mumbai’s Under-23 side. Well, Arjun is in the right path and if he continue to deliver like this, he is bound to make it big in the game.
