Watch: Jasprit Bumrah Posts Clip Of His 20-Ball 42 Runs Knock After Yuvraj Singh Makes Fun Of His Batting

Jasprit Bumrah is not known at all for his batting prowess. While he is undoubtedly one of the best bowlers in the world from the last couple of years or so, the fans have not really seen his batting abilities so far. In fact, many of his fellow cricketers have also perhaps not seen how he bats and perhaps that is why Yuvraj Singh was pulling his legs recently.
During a recent interaction between the two former India and IPL teammates on Instagram, Yuvraj Singh was seen making fun of Jasprit Bumrah’s batting abilities. In fact during the entire interaction, Yuvraj Singh kept putting Jasprit Bumrah in trouble with some tough questions.
“You have a highest of 10 in ODIs, 10 in Tests and 16 runs in IPL. You have a total of 82 runs in 80 first-class class games,” Yuvraj Singh told the pacer while making fun of his batting stats.
This is when Jasprit Bumrah was quick to recall his impressive knock of 42 off just 20 balls against Goa, saying: “I have a highest of 20-ball 42 runs against Goa.”
And on Tuesday, the fast-bowler took to Twitter to post a clip of his impressive knock against Goa in 2017.

If not for the pandemic, Jasprit Bumrah would have been playing in the IPL right now. But earlier this month, the BCCI suspended the IPL indefinitely in the light of the coronavirus pandemic. The thirteenth edition of the IPL was set to start on March 29 with a blockbuster clash between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings in Mumbai.
