Watch: Kuldeep Yadav Flummoxes Babar Azam With Classical Delivery

Pakistan’s hopes of scoring big against India in the ongoing Asia Cup took a huge blow when Kuldeep Yadav castled their batting mainstay Babar Azam with a stunning delivery.

Sarfraz Ahmed’s decision to bat first backfired as Bhuvneshwar Kumar destroyed their top-order by accounting for their openers cheaply. He first sent back Imam-ul-Haq for 2 before sending back red-hot Fakhar Zaman for a duck.

However, Shoaib Malik and Babar Azam managed to stop the rot. Although the runs were not coming at a good pace, they ensured that the Men in Green do not lose wickets in cluster. But just when it looked the duo is set for a big stand, Kuldeep Yadav delivered.

The chinaman spinner bowled Azam with a classic delivery to end the dangerous-looking stand which was already worth 82 runs. Kuldeep bowled a flighted delivery which Azam failed to red. He was completely flummoxed and could only see the ball going on to hit the stumps.

Meanwhile, both the teams have already made it to the super four after winning their opening games against Hong Kong. However, the wins were pretty much contrasting. While Pakistan made light work of Hong Kong, India were given a run for their money by the minnows. But eventually, the Men in Blue managed to win the game by 26 runs.
