Cricketers nowadays rarely get a chance to spend some quality time away from the cricket field. Not surprisingly, when they get a rare break, they try to make the most of it. Well, MS Dhoni did the same as he enjoys his time away from the hustle and bustle of international cricket.

The former India skipper has retired from Test cricket and only plays the limited-overs format for the national team now. But before quitting Test cricket, Dhoni was perhaps the busiest cricketer in the world cricket. The World Cup-winning skipper led the side in all the three formats and rarely missed a game. As a result, he rarely got a chance to enjoy time away from the field.

However, things have changed now for the veteran batsman. His responsibilities have decreased and so are the appearances on the cricket field. He now only plays ODI and T20I and take rest whenever the team plays any Test series. And with the team currently in England for the Test series, Dhoni is making the most of the break. He recently posted a video of himself on Instagram enjoying a bath under a waterfall. He also said that he was taking the bath at the spot after a long gap of 10 years.

That Dhoni took a bath under that waterfall after a decade pretty much makes it clear that how busy he was.

“With 3 waterfalls around Ranchi, v cd do this whenever v wanted but now to do something like this after more than 10yrs brings back the good old memories.head massage for free,” he wrote on Instagram.

Meanwhile, Dhoni recently cleared the air on his retirement rumours. There were rumours about his retirement when TV cameras spotted him asking for the match ball after final ODI that India lost to England last month. However, Dhoni recently made the matter clear.

“(I took the ball) to see why we are not able to get enough reverse swing. Because we will be playing the World Cup in England, we have to (ensure) that we get reverse swing going. Because it is something that is very important. If the opposition is getting it, we should also get it, at some point or the other,” Dhoni told PTI.

“After 50 overs, the ball is useless to the ICC (International Cricket Council), so I requested the umpire ‘can I get the ball?’ and gave it to the bowling coach?” he said.
