Royal Challengers Bangalore pacer Navdeep Saini, on Monday, bowled yet another beamer in the ongoing IPL 2020 with Delhi Capitals’ Marcus Stoinis being in the firing line this time. The right-arm pacer had previously bowled such a delivery to Rahul Tewatia too during the clash against Rajasthan Royals.
But unlike Tewatia who was hit on his chest, Stoinis managed to avoid getting hit on his chest. He, however, coped a nasty-looking blow on his finger although he managed to continue his batting after receiving treatment from the physio.
The incident took place in the 15th over of Delhi Capitals’ innings. On the third and fourth delivery of the over, Stoinis hit the RCB pacer for a six and a four respectively. And on the fifth delivery, Navdeep Saini bowled a dangerous high full-toss to the Australian allrounder.
Stoinis did well to get his glove on the way as he made it clear he was not at all impressed with the delivery. What made things even worse was that Navdeep Saini did not issue any apology. Stoinis, who had the chance to take a single after coping the blow, refused to rotate the strike and hit the pacer for a four on the next delivery.

As if those setbacks were not enough for Navdeep Saini, Yuzvendra Chahal dropped Stoinis on the final ball of the over. Stoinis then went on to make RCB pay a big price for the drop by scoring a quickfire fifty. The Delhi Capitals star played an unbeaten knock of 53 from just 26 balls to help his side finish on 196 for 4.
