Watch: Navdeep Saini Incredibly Balances Himself On Cold Drink Cans

Gone are those days when Indian cricketers only focused on their cricket skills and hardly cared about their fitness. Times have changed and Indian cricket has transformed dramatically in terms of fitness. Captain Virat Kohli has been the flag-bearer of this new crop of players who are supremely fit.
Kohli has really set the bar higher and his fellow players are making sure to achieve the same level of fitness. In fact, players now need to be fit to get into the national team as the team-management has made it mandatory for everyone to clear the yo-yo test.
And India fast-bowler Navdeep Saini has given yet another example of just fit today’s cricketers are. In an incredible video, Navdeep Saini could be seen balancing himself on three pedestals made up of cold drink cans. The video was posted on Instagram by Royal Challengers Bangalore. The franchise also wrote that if the posts get one lakh likes, they will request the fast-bowler to show his abs.
Here is the video posted by Royal Challengers Bangalore:
Navdeep Saini is currently at home just like others due to the coronavirus pandemic. In normal circumstances, he would have been playing for the Royal Challengers in the IPL but the pandemic has brought everything to a standstill. The IPL was scheduled to start on March 29 before the BCCI suspended it till April 15. As things stand, the IPL is unlikely to start anytime soon.
In a recent interview, Navdeep Saini said that he is not too worried about the IPL because of the pandemic. He also said that he is working to keep himself fit at home.
“I’m not too worried about the IPL at the moment,” Navdeep Saini told India TV.
“Given the situation all around the globe, it’s fine even if the IPL doesn’t take place. We’re not worried about it, we need to come together in the fight against coronavirus first.
“I work out at my home and practice with a tennis ball so I can maintain my rhythm. I’m also taking proper care of my diet,” he added.
