Watch: Rashid Khan Smashes a Helicopter Shot in T10 League

Afghanistan all-rounder Rashid Khan smashed a fine helicopter shot in the ongoing T10 league. In fact, Rashid Khan also posed after smashing Pakistan’s lanky pacer Mohammad Irfan. The right-hander was able to execute the ball to perfection and also tagged the inventer of the shot, MS Dhoni, in the video he shared on his Twitter handle. In fact, Mohammad Irfan was left befuddled by Rashid Khan’s shot.

In fact, Khan was able to provide the finishing touches to the Maratha Arabians innings. The right-hander was able to smash 21 off just seven balls with a stunning strike rate of 300. The talisman Afghanistan all-rounder smashed two fours and two sixes in his blistering knock. However, Rashid Khan went wicketless and leaked 18 runs in his two overs quota.

Maratha Arabians were able to post a score of 125 runs in their batting innings. Najjibullah Zadran scored a brisk knock of 36 runs off just 14 balls.

Pakistan gloveman Kamran Akmal raced to 25 runs off only 15 balls whereas Brendan Taylor scored 23 runs off mere 12 balls. On the other hand, Mohammad Irfan and Liam Dawson scalped two wickets each.

Meanwhile, Maratha Arabians could not win the match. Pakhtoons was able to win the game by eight wickets with four balls to spare. Shahid Afridi led side had a perfect start as the openers added 61 runs in just five overs.

Cameron Delport scored a brisk knock of 36 runs off just 23 balls. Colin Ingram smashed 42 runs off just 16 balls whereas Shaifqullah Shafiq scored 35 off only 16 balls. Shafiq was also awarded the Man of the match.
