Swashbuckling India opener Shikhar Dhawan is currently on a break from cricket after the limited-overs series against West Indies. The cricketer is currently on a vacation and is having a gala time. Recently, Dhawan was seen playing the flute with a beautiful backdrop.

Dhawan had a horrific outing with the bat in the Caribbean Islands. It seems like the southpaw has lost the touch after his injury during the World Cup. Shikhar Dhawan took the tournament by storm with a century in the first match but had to bow out with injury.

He recovered well time to be in the series against West Indies but couldn’t revive his form with the bat. The southpaw managed to score 65 runs from three T20Is and two ODIs with the highest score of 36. Dhawan, who has retained his spot in the T20Is against South Africa will be desperate to get his form back.

The selectors have included Shikhar Dhawan in the India A squad for the last two matches against South Africa A. Dhawan will have to be at his best and reclaim his form back before the T20I series against the Proteas.

Ahead of joining the India A side, the star cricketer spent some quality time with his family on a beachside. In a video posted by Dhawan on Instagram, the cricketer played the flute. Many of his followers were in a state of shock witnessing such pure skills from the batsman. Dhawan has earlier shown his love for another musical instrument- tabla.
