The third match of the ICC World Qualifiers between Nepal and host Zimbabwe belonged to one man named Sikandar Raza. Not only did his mammoth 123 off 66 balls knock the winds out of the Nepalese, but he also came back and clinched three wickets with the ball.

Raza powered Zimbabwe to a 118 run victory over Nepal. As a result, Raza went on to clinch the man of the match award. In his 123 run knock, Raza set the Bulawayo crowd ablaze with nine sixes and seven boundaries. The premier all-rounder for Zimbabwe struck at a rate of 186 in his knock.

One of the sixes from Raza went many-a-mile and got dispatched outside the stadium. Furthermore, it smashed the windscreens of a car parked outside the Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo.

The icing on the cake was Sinkandar Raza reaching his century with the mega-hit outside the stadium. The century enabled Zimbabwe to post a score of 380 in front of inexperienced Nepalese.

Brendan Taylor also made a priceless century to support Raza at the other end. Taylor brought up his ton in 90 balls with the help of his seven boundaries and a maximum in the knock.

The hosts, in reply, received a spirited Nepal reply, powered by knocks from Aarif Sheikh and Sharad Vesawkar. In the end, Nepal fell well short of the required total. Zimbabwe won the match by 116 runs as Nepal could only manage 264 in their fifty overs.
