Watch: Virat Kohli's Animated Reaction After He Hits Kesrick Williams For A Huge Six

All eyes were on Virat Kohli and Kesrick Williams during the third T20I between India and West Indies on Wednesday. The two were involved in some interesting banter during the first two games and thus the cricket world was eager to see the round three of the duel.

It all started when Virat Kohli imitated Kesrick Williams‘s trademark ‘notebook celebration’ after taking the pacer to the cleaners during his match-winning knock of 94 in the first T20I. While the celebration from Kohli came out of the blue, he later said that he did it because Williams had given him a send-off during a T20I in 2017.

But Kohli failed to replicate his performance in the second game and what made matters worse for him was that he was dismissed by Williams. The West Indies pacer removed Kohli for 19 as India lost the game by eight wickets. Notably, Williams came up with a ‘silent celebration’, seemingly mimicking Virat Kohli as he put his index finger on his lips after getting the India captain dismissed.

Round three:

Well, Virat Kohli won the third round of the contest on Wednesday. The India skipper was in stunning form in the series-decider at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. He took the West Indies bowlers to the cleaners and Kesrick Williams was not spared either. And Kohli made sure to taunt Williams once again.

It was the fourth ball of the 18th over, Williams angled the ball in, Kohli stayed put and used his bottom hand to smack the ball high and mighty over deep mid-wicket. And as the ball was traveling, Kohli looked at the ball and then looked at Williams with an animated face.

India, meanwhile, thrashed West Indies by 67 runs to win the series 2-1. After piling up 240 for 3, India restricted West Indies to 170 for 7.
