India will aim to seal the series when they face West Indies in the second of the three-match T20I series on August 4 (Saturday) at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground in Florida. Meanwhile, Virat Kohli & Co took a 1-0 lead beating the team from the Caribbean Islands by four wickets.

West Indies will have to revamp their batting who produced a below-par performance in the first outing. The top-order absolutely contributed nothing with only two batsmen crossing the single-digit mark. Among all the wrongs, Kieron Pollard’s form will give Carlos Brathwaite & Co some confidence. The bowling has also done well reducing India to six wickets while chasing 96 runs. The two-time World Champions will have to be at their best to bounce back in the series.

India, on the other hand, will be high on confidence after a stellar show from a young bowling brigade. Navdeep Saini was the best among the lot and will hope to continue his excellent run. However, the batters need to show more responsibility and throw away their wickets after getting starts. Rishabh Pant needs to work on his game and offer stability to the middle-order in the absence of MS Dhoni.

Match Prediction

West Indies showed good tenacity to stretch the game despite their batting failing to put runs on the board. There will be no short of challenges in the second T20I as well, and India will have to give their best shot to clinch the series.

However, Virat Kohli & Co will start as the favourites to go and win the second game as well considering the experience they have in their squad.
