The wedding of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma was a grand affair. The marriage ceremony took place at Tuscany in Italy on 11th December. It instantly became an instant hit with the hashtag of Virushka on microblogging website Twitter.

Interestingly, this was one of the biggest weddings of the year and it certainly attracted a lot of fans and spectators. Hence, the question of where the couple tied the knot has been asked in several quiz competitions.

It was in the Kaun Banega Crorepati registration that this question was asked.

The question read, “In which country did the wedding ceremony of celebrity couple ‘Virushka’ take place?”

The options were given as Sapin, Maldives, Greece, and Italy. This is a pretty simple question for cricket fanatics and people who follow Bollywood and cricket in nutshell.

While Kohli is the skipper of the Indian team across formats, Anushka Sharma is a leading actor in the Bollywood arena. Both have pretty busy schedules.

However, Anushka was seen cheering for his husband for the majority of the recently-concluded Indian Premier League’s (IPL) season eleven. He was present on most of the home games of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).

Kohli was slated to appear in county cricket:

The 29-year-old Kohli was previously slated to play county cricket with Sussex ahead of India’s tour of England.

However, he was ruled out of the county leg because of a neck injury. He was advised to rest ahead of the gruelling tour of England.

Well, it will certainly be a big test for Kohli. He hasn’t realized his potential in England and had a horrendous time when India toured England. He aggregated just 134 runs in 10 innings at an unhealthy average of 13.40.

Kohli will miss the One-off Test against Afghanistan and his deputy Ajinkya Rahane will lead the team in his absence.

Apart from this question, there was yet another cricket related question which was asked during the KBC registration procedure.

The question was, “Which country will make their Test debut against India on 14th June 2018?”
