India pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah has paid a heartwarming tribute to MS Dhoni after the former India skipper announced his retirement from international cricket on Saturday. With the decision, the 38-year ended all the speculations surrounding his international career.
MS Dhoni’s career was a major talking point since last year’s World Cup where he last played for India. In his last appearance for Team India, he scored a fighting fifty in the semifinal loss against New Zealand.
Overall, Dhoni ends his illustrious career after playing 350 ODIs and scoring 10,773 runs, including 10 hundred and 73 fifties. Dhoni maintained an average of 50.57 in his ODI career. Dhoni played 98 T20Is and scored 1617 runs along with 90 Tests. He had previously announced his retirement way back in 2014.

Meanwhile, Dhoni will be seen in action next when the IPL starts next month. The Chennai Super Kings landed in Chennai on Friday and is currently attending a pre-season camp. The team will leave for UAE on August 21. IPL 2020 starts on September 19.
