“Playing for your country is an inexplicable feeling and I am glad to have had that opportunity. It was a roller coaster ride but it has given me everything along with an opportunity to be a part of the history that was made after 28 years. I am extremely grateful and thankful to each and everyone who was a part of my journey. I played this sport my entire life with the utmost integrity and honesty,” Yuvraj Singh told Times Now.

“In return, I only expected upfront honesty. I felt that this experience wasn’t just the case with me but also with other legendary and extremely successful players. There were times that I felt a lack of support from the team management, and as a professional, I would have appreciated it if they were crystal clear in their communication,” he added.
