Former India batsman Yuvraj Singh has hilariously trolled Yuzvendra Chahal after Royal Challengers Bangalore failed to make it to the final of the ongoing IPL 2020. The Bangalore-based outfit qualified for the playoffs since 2016 but just could not deliver in the must-win clash.

They bowed out of the competition after suffering a six-wicket defeat at the hands of SunRisers Hyderabad in the Eliminator on Friday. The Virat Kohli-led side came up with yet another poor batting display and managed to score only 131 for 7 in the allotted 20 overs.

In reply, SRH chased down the total with two balls to spare. The RCB bowlers put up a valiant effort but the score was perhaps too small to defend. For SRH, Kane Williamson starred with the bat, scoring an unbeaten fifty while sharing an unbeaten 65-run stand with Jason Holder (24*).

Yuvraj Singh trolls Yuzvendra Chahal:

As if the heartbreaking defeat in the final of IPL 2020 was not enough for Yuzvendra Chahal, his former IPL teammate Yuvraj Singh further rubbed salt on his wounds on Sunday. It all started when the leg-spinner took to Twitter to post a picture of himself while advertising for an action camera brand.

Yuvraj Singh, who loves to pull others’ legs on social media, was quick to respond to the tweet and hilariously wrote:

“Your going to watch the final on go pro or going to stadium to watch ? “

Chahal, nonetheless, had a good outing in the ongoing competition. The leg-spinner lived up to the expectations and led RCB’s bowling attack with aplomb. He finished the competition with 21 wickets from 15 games while maintaining an economy-rate of just over 7.

Chahal will be seen in action next in Australia where India is scheduled to play three ODIs, three T20Is and four Tests. He is a part of the limited-overs squad. India are scheduled to leave for Australia on November 12, two days after the IPL ends.
