Veteran Indian pacer Zaheer Khan rolled back the time as he plucked a brilliant one-handed catch playing for India Legends against West Indies Legends in the opening game of the Road Safety World Series.

Explosive opener Virender Sehwag was at his brilliant best as he smashed 74 runs with the bat for India legends and won the Man of the Match award. Viru and a first-ball boundary is a match made in heaven and he showed his old colours as he smashed the first two balls for boundaries when he came in to bat.

Zaheer Khan Takes A One-handed Stunner

One of the highlights was Zaheer Khan’s one-handed catch to dismiss Ricardo Powell. The incident took place in the 17th over, bowled by Munaf Patel. Powell went for a stylish flick and timed it well, but the ball couldn’t find the elevation and it went towards deep square-leg. Zaheer, stationed at the position, plucked it with one hand and balanced himself really well to get rid of the big-hitter.
