Zimbabwe Cricket Board Satisfied With PCB's Arrangements Ahead Of Their Limited-Overs Tour

Pakistan cricket team are all set to kickstart their path to the 2023 World Cup when they face Zimbabwe at home in the three-match ODI series, beginning on the 30th of October. The introduction of ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Super League came into being to give more context to ODI cricket, serving as a qualification for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023. The top seven teams will automatically qualify for the event in India. Meanwhile, Zimbabwe Cricket Board has revealed to be happy with Pakistan Cricket Board’s arrangements.

Zimbabwe, who will tour the nation for the first time since 2015, appointed a delegation to check all the arrangements made by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). The panel remains confident that the facilities are appropriate concerning the security for the tourists and keeping in mind the COVID-19 situation. PCB officials remarked that the arrangements in Pakistan are similar to the one seen by them during its tour of England.

PCB are hugely grateful to the Zimbabwean counterparts for their confidence. PCB further mentioned that Zimbabwe always maintained amicable relations with them and the reason why it attaches great importance to its cricketing ties with them. Rawalpindi will host the three ODIs on the 30th of October, 1st and 3rd of November while Lahore will stage as many T20Is on the 7th, 8th, and 10th.
