The New Zealand Women's Cricket Team, also known as White Ferns, represents the country of New Zealand in women's international cricket. The governing body of the team is New Zealand Cricket (NZC).

The New Zealand women's cricket team's journey in international cricket began in the year 1935 when it played its first-ever Test against England women's cricket team. They became the third team after England and Australia to play a Test match in women's cricket.

The White Ferns are one of the only three teams to play in each of the ten editions of Women's Cricket World Cup. They have won the tournament once so far in additions to finishing runners-up on three occasions. The New Zealand women's cricket team won its first and so far only ODI World Cup in 2000.

New Zealand have also played in all the nine editions of the Women's T20 World Cup so far. However, they are yet to win the tournament. Their best result in the tournament came in the first two editions in 2009 and 2010 when they finished as runners-up.

Talking about New Zealand women's cricket team's major stats, Debbie Hockley and Jackie Lord have scored most Test runs and taken most Test wickets respectively for the team. In ODIs, Suzie Bates has scored most runs while Lea Tahuhu has taken most wickets for New Zealand women's cricket team. Bates has also scored most runs for New Zealand in T20Is while Sophie Devine has taken most wickets.
