My top 4 for this World Cup in india.
1) INDIA
2) SOUTH AFRICA
3) ENGLAND
4) AUSTRALIA
India is the host of the tournament and has won ODI World titles twice in the 2011 and 1983 editions. South Africa has never won any ODI World Cup titles in the past.
England is the defending champions of the tournament, who won the trophy in the previous edition in 2019. Australia accounts for most ICC ODI World Cup titles. They won the trophy in five editions- 1987, 1999, 2003, 2007, and 2015.
Notably, Irfan Pathan has picked only one Asian team in his list in the form of India. Asian teams are quite dominating when playing in the Asian sub-continent. Other than India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Afghanistan are four other Asian teams in the ICC World Cup 2023.
