Former South Africa fast bowler Dale Steyn has named the fast bowlers to watch out for in the upcoming ICC World Cup 2023. World-class fast bowlers from around the globe will be in action in the highly-anticipated tournament.
Jasprit Bumrah, Josh Hazlewood, Pat Cummins, Mohammed Shiraj, Kagiso Rabada, and Haris Rauf are some of the world-class bowlers who will fight it out for their teams in the ODI World Cup. And Dale Steyn believes Mohammed Siraj will be one of the bowlers to watch out for during the tournament.
South African legend Dale Steyn has included India???s Mohammed Siraj as one of the pacers to watch out for in the upcoming World Cup 2023, starting in October. The right-arm pacer has gone from strength to strength in ODIs in recent months, especially in 2023.
At the beginning of the year, Mohammed Siraj???s rank in ODIs was 137th. Fast forward to September 2023 and he is the number one ODI bowler in the world. Earlier this month, he came up with one of the best spells in the history of ODI cricket during the Asia Cup 2023 final against Sri Lanka, taking 6 for 21 as India bowled out the opposition for a paltry total of 50 runs.
