Pakistan Players To Get Indian Visas Today For ICC World Cup 2023, Set To Depart For India On September 27- Reports

Pakistan players are set to arrive in India to participate in ICC World Cup 2023. However, there was a delay in issuing Indian visas to Pakistan players. Now, there are reports that Pakistan players will get their visas on Monday, September 25.
Ahead of ICC World Cup 2023, the Pakistan team are set to face New Zealand in a warm-up match. The encounter takes place at Rajiv Gandhi Stadium in Hyderabad on Friday, October 29.

Pakistan Players To Get Visas Today- Reports
According to Cricket Pakistan, Babar Azam and Co. will get their Indian visas today. The process involves the Indian embassy in Pakistan getting No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from the Indian Interior Ministry. However, there was a delay in the process.
Notably, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had also raised the issue of visa delay with the International Cricket Council (ICC). After getting the visas, the Pakistan team will travel to Hyderabad via Dubai on Wednesday morning.

Due to the vias delay, the Pakistan team had to cut down their Dubai trip. Earlier, the team had planned to stay in Dubai for two days before arriving in India. However, they will now travel to India without the two-day halt in Dubai.
Pakistan will play New Zealand in a warm-up game on September 29. They will start their journey in ICC World Cup 2023 with the clash against Netherlands on October 6. Recently, Pakistan also announced their squad for ICC World Cup 2023.
Babar Azam is set to lead the side in the tournament. Below is the Pakistan squad for ICC World Cup 2023.

ICC World Cup 2023 begins on October 5 in India. There are 10 teams part of the tournament namely India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, England, and the Netherlands.
