Star India National Cricket Team batter Virat Kohli missed the team’s optional practice session on Monday, October 2, but he is expected to join the squad for the warm-up game against the Netherlands National Cricket Team, according to reports in PTI.

India National Cricket Team will take on the Netherlands National Cricket Team on October 3 at the Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram.

Ahead of the match, India held a practice session in Thiruvananthapuram at the local college ground. The likes of Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Shreyas Iyer, and Mohammed Shami skipped the session.

The batting maestro Virat Kohli didn’t take part in the practice session due to personal reasons as he didn’t travel with the team to Thiruvananthapuram, instead, he had left for Mumbai from Guwahati for some personal reasons.
