Hardik Pandya is a part of the Indian cricket team that will be playing in the upcoming ICC World Cup 2023. The all-rounder who skipped the ODI series against Australia has joined the team ahead of their warm-up match in Guwahati.
Hardik Pandya is one of the four all-rounders in the Indian team alongside Ravindra Jadeja, Shardul Thakur, and Ravichandran Ashwin. The off-spinner was a late addition to the side after Axar Patel was ruled out with an injury.

Meanwhile, in a major goof up, Guwahati’s Radisson Blu Hotel sent the check-in details to reportedly wrong Hardik Pandya. As it turns out, the other Hardik Pandya is the Senior Vice President Of the ed-tech company Unacademy.

Taking about the ICC World Cup 2023, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, England, and the Netherlands are 10 teams part of the ICC World Cup 2023. The ICC World Cup 2023 final will take place on November 19. The tournament starts on October 5.
ICC World Cup 2023 will be played in a round-robin format. Hence, each team will face the other team once during the league stage. A total of 48 games will take place among 10 teams during ICC World Cup 2023.
The Men in Blue play two practice games ahead of the first World Cup game on October 8 against Australia. India recently played an ODI series against Australia winning the series 2-1. They will be playing two practice games ahead of their campaign opener against the Aussies on October 8.
