Kyle Coetzer:

Kyle Coetzer has been one of the senior batsmen in the Scotland lineup for a long time and he has immense experience among the players in the group. The Scotland skipper has six fifties in T20 internationals and his strike rate is not bad though just above 120.

Richel Berrington is another experienced player in the Scotland lineup who has done wonders for the side over the years in the limited-overs format. Berrington did exceedingly well in the last two games of the round 1 fixtures against Papua New Guinea and Oman and he will be one of the players to watch out for.

Berrington won the player of the match award against Papua New Guinea scoring an excellent 70 off just 49 balls and he continued his good run of form into the game against Oman as well. He finished unbeaten on 31 and he will be key to the success of Scotland further in the tournament.

Josh Davey has been one of the reasons behind the qualification of Scotland in the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 and he has been brilliant with the new ball for the side. He is a wicket-taking bowler and he showed that in all three games of the Round 1 fixtures.

Josh Davey had figures of 4 for 18 in the second game against Papua New Guinea and he followed it with a match-winning performance against Oman. His 3 wicket haul dented the opponent’s run flow and bagged him the man of the match award against Oman. He will pose a big threat to the Afghanistan batting order.
