T20 World Cup 2021: Watch - Mohammad Saifuddin Castles Kyle Coetzer For A Duck

Bangladesh pacer Mohammad Saifuddin dismissed Scotland captain Kyle Coetzer for a duck to give his side their first breakthrough during Match 2 of the T20 World Cup. The two sides clashed at the Al Amerat Cricket Ground in Oman for their Group B encounter.
Mohammad Saifuddin took the ball in the third over of Scotland’s innings and struck on his fourth ball. He bowled a beautiful outswinger on the yorker length to Coetzer, who was yet to get off the mark.
Coetzer moved to the leg side to create room; he tried to get his bat on the ball but missed it completely as it hit the off-stump. Mohammad Saifuddin celebrated this wicket animatedly as he sent back the Scotland skipper for a 7-ball duck.
Bangladesh bowlers on top after electing to bowl first
Bangladesh captain Mahmudullah won the toss and elected to bowl first keeping the dew in mind. Mohammad Saifuddin struck early with the wicket of Kyle Coetzer, the Scotland skipper.
George Munsey, known for his clean hitting, launched Taskin Ahmed and Mustafizur Rahman for a couple of sixes before Mahedi Hasan handed a double blow to the batting side: Matthew Cross was trapped lbw and Munsey was bowled as he missed his slog.
It was then turn for Shakib Al Hasan to strike twice in one over: the left-arm spinner dismissed Richie Berrington for 2 and Michael Leask for a duck. Mahedi Hasan got the better of Calum MacLeod leaving Scotland reeling at 53/6. Shakib Al Hasan also became the leading wicket-taker in T20I cricket, going past Lasith Malinga’s tally of 107 wickets.
Chris Greaves and Mark Watt performed the revival act. At the 15-over mark, Scotland are 87/6.
