Moeen Ali, the interim captain of England, is optimistic about their chances of winning the T20 World Cup in Australia and believes they will enter as one of the favorites.
After a masterful batting and bowling display, England destroyed Pakistan by 67 runs on Sunday in the series-deciding game.

A commanding 67-run victory in the decider marked the conclusion of England’s first tour to Pakistan in 17 years. Dawid Malan scored his first half-century of the series (78 not out off 47 balls), and Harry Brook scored an unbeaten 46 off just 29 balls as both players benefited from three dropped catches in England’s robust total of 209-3.

Pakistan limped to 142-8 in reply, with captain Babar Azam (4) being dismissed by Chris Woakes (3-26) in the opening over of the chase and Mohammad Rizwan bowled (1) by Reece Topley in the second as the home side fell to 5-2.
I know we’re a very dangerous team to play: Moeen Ali
Moeen Ali, the interim captain of England, is optimistic about their chances of winning the T20 World Cup in Australia.
“If you look at the last two games of this series, both must-win matches, going into a World Cup that’s important, because the pressure to perform was huge, We’re in a very good position now going into the World Cup,” Moeen said.
Moeen refrained from calling them favorites. He believes it is India and Australia. “But I know we’re a very dangerous team to play and a lot of teams will fear playing us.” England will find out how they measure up against Australia in Perth this Sunday when they play the first of three more T20 matches.”

“After that, incredibly, they play another warm-up match against Pakistan, who they will no doubt be eager to find out all about after a mere seven games against them in the last fortnight.”
