Indian Cricket Team is high on confidence after winning 4 matches out of 5 in the Group Stage. The Men in Blue is all set to take on England on 10th November (Thursday) in a high-voltage clash. England would be well aware of the fact that India would be well prepared for all sorts of challenges.

The Men in Blue once again would be banking on Virat Kohli to play a significant knock for the team. Virat has struck 3 half-centuries in 5 matches and has looked ominous. Due to his resurgence, the other batters can bat play their natural game and be fearless in their approach.

Pragyan Ojha on England

Pragyan Ojha was having an interaction with Indian Today and was asked about England.

“Lots of players talk about momentum in T20 cricket that is only because any team less experienced team can beat a bigger team with great experience, with great names that is only because the other team don’t sync well,” said Pragyan Ojha

“They don’t play to their potential that they have already shown they have. That is the best example when you talk about England. They have got great players but till now they have not synced in,” he added.

Middle Order Conundrum for England

There are chances that Dawid Malan may not play against India due to an injury. He is someone who has a knack for playing long and effective innings for the team. The management would be worried as finding a like-for-like replacement at the 11th hour is not easy. It looks likely that Phil Salt would come into the team but he doesn’t have any significant experience batting in the middle order.

As mentioned by Ojha, England’s players have not performed according to their credentials. It won’t be a bad option to make Livingstone bat at the No.3 position as he can play an enthralling cameo and change the dynamics of the match. It would be interesting to see how the team performs as in the last edition, New Zealand had defeated England in a thrilling encounter.
