IND vs ENG: "It's Not Looking Great"- Moeen Ali On Dawid Malan's Injury

England Cricket Team has been dealt with a huge blow as their star batter Dawid Malan is injured. The left-handed batter was seen in discomfort while fielding against Sri Lanka and also didn’t bat during the run chase. Malan is someone who can provide stability to the innings.
England’s middle order hasn’t fired according to his credentials. The management would be worried as every-time Buttler and Hales won’t provide a solid platform for the team. The team has shown that they have a threatening bowling lineup which can rip off any team on a given day.
Moeen Ali on Dawid Malan
Moeen Ali was having an interaction with BBC and was asked about Dawid Malan. “He has been one of our best players for a number of years. I don’t know but to be honest with you it is not looking great. He went for scans yesterday and when he arrived, we don’t really know much but it is not looking great,” said Moeen Ali.
“England are the underdogs. India have been playing fantastic over the last year and even if you look at the tournament they have been playing really well. I don’t think we have to be honest, we have been a little behind,” he added.
Exciting Contest on Cards
England may be dependent on Buttler and Hales, but they have a very long batting line up which can be threatening on a given day. The team has got the services of Sam Curran and Cas Woakes who can play effective cameos at the back end of the innings.
India on the other hand would be hoping that Rohit Sharma smashes a big knock as the batter’s form has been topsy-turvy. The management once again has got the conundrum of Dinesh Karthik and Rishabh Pant. In a knock-out match, the management will have to be spot on as reasons won’t matter at this time.
