There is still more than three weeks left before India play their first game in the T20 World Cup. Their first game is against Pakistan on October 23 and it gives the BCCI’s medical time some much-needed time to ensure that Bumrah recovers quickly. Bumrah has nearly a month to recover from the back issue and thus one can say that he is still in contention to play the T20 World Cup.
