ICC World Test Championship (WTC) Points Table, Latest Rankings 2022. Australia holds the top spot in ICC World Test Championship 2021-23 points table with a PCT of 70.0. Out of 10 Test matches, Australia has won 6 and lost only 1; while 3 ended in draws.

South Africa takes the 2nd spot in the ICC World Test Championship points table with a PCT of 60.0. Out of 10 games, South Africa has won 6 and lost 4. Sri Lanka, who has won 5 games and lost 4 out of 10 (1 draw), is positioned in the 3rd spot with 53.33 PCT.

India holds the 4th spot in ICC World Test Championship 2021-23 points table with a PCT of 52.08. Out of 12 Test games, India has won 6 and lost 2 while 2 ended in a draw. Pakistan and West Indies take 5th and 6th place respectively in ICC World Test Championship points table.

Pakistan and West Indies have both won 4 games, lost 2 and drawn 2 out of 9 matches, While Pakistan has a PCT of 51.85, West Indies has a PCT of 50.0. England, New Zealand, and Bangladesh are in the last three positions in ICC World Test Championship 2021-23 and are also out of the race to the final.

England has a PCT of 38.60, New Zealand has a PCT of 25.93, and Bangladesh has a PCT of 13.33.  Out of 19 matches, England has won 7 and lost 8 (4 draws). New Zealand has won 2 and lost 6 out of 9 (1 draw). Bangladesh has won only 1 match and lost 8 out of 10 Tests (1 draw).

India takes the 4th spot in the ICC World Test Championship points table with a PCT of 52.08. India has played 4 Test series so far. India’s first Test series against England ended in a tie 2-2. Later, India won a 2-match series against New Zealand 1-0.

India lost a Test series against South Africa 1-2 and later defeated Sri Lanka in a Test series 2-0. India will play two more Test series in ICC World Test Championship. India is scheduled to play a 2-match away Test series against Bangladesh in December 2022 and a four-match home series against Australia in February 2023. India still has a chance to qualify for the final.

Pakistan

With a PCT of 51.85, Pakistan grabs the 5th spot in ICC World Test Championship points table. Pakistan has played 4 Test series so far in the tournament. Pakistan tied a Test series against West Indies 2-2.  Later, They won a Test series against Bangladesh 2-0.

They lost a Test series to Australia 0-1 and tied a Test series against Sri Lanka 1-1. However, Pakistan still has a chance to reach the final of the ICC World Test Championship 2021-23. Pakistan will play a three-match home series against England in December 2022 and later face New Zealand in two-match home series.

West Indies

West Indies takes the 6th spot in the ICC World Test Championship points table with a PCT of 50.0. West Indies has played 4 Test series so far. West Indies tied a Test series against Pakistan 1-1. Later, they lost a Test series against Sri Lanka 0-2. West Indies defeated England in a Test series 1-0 earlier this year.

Later, West Indies also defeated Bangladesh in a two-match Test series 2-0. West Indies can qualify for the final of the ICC World Test Championship. They are scheduled to play a two-match away series against Australia in November-December 2022 and a two-match home series against South Africa in March 2023.

Sri Lanka takes the 3rd spot in ICC World Test Championship 2021-23 points table with a PCT of 53.33. Sri Lanka has played 5 Test series in the tournament so far. Sri Lanka defeated West Indies in a two-match Test series 2-0. Later, they lost a three-match Test series to India 3-0.

Later, they won a Test series against Bangladesh 1-0 and tied a Test series against Australia (1-1) and Pakistan (1-1). Sri Lanka has a chance to qualify for the final and will play 1 more away Test series against New Zealand in March 2023.

Australia takes the top spot in the ICC World Test Championship points table with a PCT of 70.0. Australia has played just 3 Test series and is scheduled to play 3 more. They have a high chance of qualifying for the final. Australia won The Ashes 2022 against England 4-0 earlier in January 2022.

Later, they also won a Test series against Pakistan 1-0 and later tied a Test series against Sri Lanka 1-1. Australia will next face West Indies at home in November-December 2022. In December 2022, Australia will also face South Africa in a three-match home Test series. In the end, Australia will travel to India for a 4-match away Test series in March 2023.

South Africa grabs the 2nd spot in ICC World Test Championship points table with a PCT of 60.0. South Africa is another team that can qualify for the final of the tournament. South Africa has played 4 Test series so far. South Africa defeated India in a Test series 2-1.

Later, South Africa tied a two-match Test series against New Zealand 1-1. South Africa defeated Bangladesh in a Test series 2-0 in March this year. Later, they lost a Test series to England 1-2. South Africa will play a three-match away series against Australia in December 2022 and a two-match away series against West Indies in March 2023.

England takes the 7th spot in ICC World Test Championship 2021-23 points table with a PCT of 38.60. England has played 5 Test series so far. England tied a series against India 2-2. Later, they lost to Australia in The Ashes 2022 0-4. England also lost to West Indies in a three-match Test series 0-1.

However, England won their last two Test series against New Zealand (3-0) and South Africa (2-1). England is already out of the race to the final. However, since England is yet to play an away Test series against Pakistan in December 2022, they can affect Pakistan’s journey to reach the final.

New Zealand takes the 8th spot in ICC World Test Championship. The defending champions of the tournament are already out of the race to the final. New Zealand has played 4 Test series so far. New Zealand lost a two-match Test series to India 1-0. Later, they tied a Test series against Bangladesh 1-1.

They also tied a Test series a South Africa 1-1 and later lost a three-match Test series against England 3-0. New Zealand is set to play two more Test series in the tournament- an away two-match Test series against Pakistan in December 2022 and a home two-match Test series against Sri Lanka in March 2023.

Bangladesh

Bangladesh takes the last spot in ICC World Test Championship points table with a PCT of just 13.33. Bangladesh has played 5 Test series so far. At the start, Bangladesh lost a two-match Test series against Pakistan 0-2.

Later, they tied a Test series against New Zealand 1-0. In January this year, Bangladesh lost a Test series to South Africa 2-0 and later lost a Test series against Sri Lanka 0-1. In June 2022, Bangladesh lost a Test series to West Indies 2-0. Bangladesh will now play their Test series against India in December 2022 which will be a two-match Test series.
