Shreyas Iyer smacked a wonderful century in IND vs AUS 2nd ODI. After reaching his ton, Shreyas Iyer roared in celebration at Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore as fans and teammates cheered for him.
Shreyas Iyer was out of the field since April 2023 this year due to a back injury. He underwent surgery and recovered at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) before making his comeback in Asia Cup 2023.

Shreyas Iyer Roars In Celebration After Smacking Century Against Australia
Shreyas Iyer struggled to come up with a good knock in the previous two games he batted after his comeback. However, the right-handed batsman hit a marvelous ton in IND vs AUS 2nd ODI.
The KKR skipper shammed 11 fours and 3 sixes to score his 5th international century. After reaching his century, Shreyas Iyer roared in celebration. Have a look at the video below.

Just after scoring his century, Iyer lost his wicket to Sean Abbott. In 90 deliveries, Iyer piled up 105 runs in the match. He also made a partnership of 200 runs with Shubman Gill, who also hit a century in the game.
Meanwhile, India are inching towards a mammoth total in IND vs AUS 2nd ODI. In 35 overs, India reached 249-3 on the scoreboard. Gill and Iyer lost their wickets after hitting centuries. Earlier, Ruturaj Gaikwad lost his wicket for just 8 runs.
Earlier, Australia skipper Steve Smith won the toss and opted to bowl first. India made one change to the playing XI. Prasidh Krishna replaced Jasprit Bumrah in the match as the latter was rested due to personal reasons.

India lead the three-match ODI series 1-0. In the 1st ODI, the men-in-blue outplayed Aussies by 5 wickets. Australia piled up 276-10 in the match. Later, India comfortably chased down the target with half-centuries by Ruturaj Gaikwad, Shubman Gill, Suryakumar Yadav, and KL Rahul.
