Rohit Sharma departed after scoring 13 in the second Test match’s second innings. He was clean bowled off a brilliant outswinger by James Anderson in the second innings.

The Indian skipper was dismissed in the first innings by Shoaib Bashir’s delivery after scoring 14. He has not been in the best of form since the conclusion of the ODI World Cup 2023. In 2024, Rohit Sharma has played three Test matches and has not scored a single fifty-plus score.

India lost their first wicket in the form of captain Rohit Sharma as the outswinger from James Anderson went past Rohit’s defense and uprooted the off-stump of the Indian skipper. Rohit was out for 24 and 39 in the first Test match which India eventually lost by 28 runs. He has been criticized for his lazy approach and fans are erupting on ‘X’ after the flop show by the Indian captain.

India is leading after the first innings at Dr Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Vishakhapatnam but has lost a couple of early wickets at the start of Day 3 as James Anderson struck in consecutive overs to send both the openers back to the pavilion.

The fans are unhappy with Rohit Sharma’s performance and are mocking the Indian skipper on ‘X’. Rohit Sharma is leading the Indian side and has failed to deliver from the front in the series and fans are showing their disappointment with the skipper.
