India vs Bangladesh News
India and Bangladesh are all set to square off in a Test and T20I series. During the Bangladesh tour of India 2024, two Tests and three T20Is will take place. The IND vs BAN Test series commences with the first game in Chennai on September 19.
The 2nd Test will be played in Kanpur. Thereafter, three T20I games are scheduled to be played on October 6, 9, and 12. Gwalior, Delhi, and Hyderabad are set to host the three matches.
India has only accounted for the squad for the 1st Test so far and even Bangladesh is yet to reveal their squad for the away tour. Rohit Sharma is all set to lead the home team in the Test series and all key members are part of the side.
India has taken no risk in any department against the strong Bangladesh side and kept all of their key members in the bowling and batting. Bangladesh showed stunning form in the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 in the West Indies a few months ago.

India and Bangladesh last faced each other in December 2022, when India defeated them at their home 2-0 by winning both games. So far, Bangladesh has never defeated Team India in any Test; therefore, they are yet to win any Test series against India and in India.
