Shashank Singh beat former Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli and Balachandra Akhil becoming the Indian batsman with the best strike rate in the IPL after his outstanding performance against Gujarat.

In 2019, Kohli scored 25 runs off seven deliveries against Rajasthan Royals at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. He had a strike rate of 357.14 and scored 25 runs. Shashank’s most recent strike rate was 416.66 percent.

After scoring 27 runs off seven deliveries for Bangalore against the Deccan Chargers (now disbanded) in 2008, Akhil set the record for the highest strike rate in an IPL session as an Indian with a strike rate of 385.71.

Shashank Singh played a truly memorable knock:

Shashank made his first-class cricket debut against Odisha in the Ranji Trophy in 2019. In the IPL, but on the other hand, he made his debut against Chennai Super Kings in the 2022 season. However, he did not bat in any of his first five IPL games.

He finally had his chance to show off his batting prowess in his sixth IPL game, and he delivered a genuinely memorable knock.
