Devdutt Paddikal Plays Supporting Role To Jos Buttler

Jos Buttler carried his form against Kolkata Knight Riders as well as he hit his third fifty of the season in just 30 balls.

Buttler and Paddikal added 97 for the first wicket in just 9.4 overs.

Buttler scored most of the runs in the partnership as he had scored well above 60 runs while Paddikal was still in his 20s.

Devdutt Paddikal tried to take on Narine, he even hit six but two balls later, he got clean bowled as he couldn’t read the ball at all. Narine picked up his 5th wicket of the season. He has bowled economically as well. He would hope to continue this performance as the league progresses and starts giving assistance to the spinners.

In the last game, Devdutt Paddikal got out for a golden duck and in this match too he tried his best but couldn’t convert the start he got. He did well in his first match when he played in the middle order but since he has moved back to his preferred position he has struggled to score runs.
