CSK vs MI final in IPL 2015 was another thrilling encounter that CSK ended on the losing end. Batting first, Mumbai Indians smacked a mammoth 202-5 on the board. Opener Lendl Simmons shattered 68 runs while one-down Rohit Sharma also smacked 50 runs. Later, Kieron Pollard and Ambati Rayudu’s quickfire knocks of 36 helped MI to cross 200 runs on the scoreboard.
In response, CSK could only manage 161-8 in 20 overs. Opener Dwayne Smith scored valuable 57 runs. However, other batsmen could not smash a big knock.
