IPL 2021: PBKS vs RR- Prediction, Who Will Win The Match Between Punjab Kings vs Rajasthan Royals? The two perennial under-achievers in IPL, Rajasthan Royals will take on Punjab Kings in the 32^nd match of IPL 2021 on Tuesday. Both sides haven’t fared too well in the first leg of IPL 2021. Rajasthan Royals are currently placed at fifth position on the table, managing three wins out of seven. On the other hand, Punjab Kings are sitting sixth with 3 wins in 8 games.

Big names in Rajasthan Royals’ camp such as Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer will continue to miss out due to different reasons. Also, Jos Buttler has withdrawn from the second leg of the tournament due to the impending birth of his second child. Their absence is certainly going to hurt them but one couldn’t really do anything about that.

They have made great replacements though, in the form of Ewin Lewis, Glenn Phillips, Tabraiz Shamsi. Andrew Tye also won’t be available for them. Oshane Thomas has been roped in as his replacement. In a big boost for them, Liam Livingstone is also back into the mix for the second leg of the tournament.

All three big hitters namely Evin Lewis, Liam Livingstone and Glenn Phillips are in sensational form with the bat. It will be interesting to see which four overseas players make into the playing XI for the Royals. Sanju Samson and Chris Morris were the standout players for the franchise in the India leg of the tournament. Samson led the way with the bat, while Morris was their highest wicket-taker.

The biggest concern right now is their Indian contingent. The likes of Riyan Parag, Tewatia and Yashasvi Jaiswal haven’t really stood up to the expectations. The trio needs to step up to the plate if Rajasthan fancies their chances in the playoffs.

On the other hand, Punjab Kings have had a disappointing run in the first leg of the tournament. They could only secure three wins in 8 matches. Thanks to those three wins, they find themselves at number sixth on the points table.

KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal have been the scorer-in-chiefs. However, players in the middle-order haven’t been able to capitalize on the starts provided by the openers. With only 6 games remaining, Punjab can’t afford to start the second leg on a losing note. The likes of Nicholas Pooran, Chris Morris and Aiden Markram need to come up with substantial performances if Punjab ought to make a turnaround from here.

Their bowling unit too doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence either. Jhye Richardson and Riley Meredith have pulled out from the second leg. The onus will now be more on the shoulders of M Shami and Chris Jordan.

To add strength to their spin bowling department, they have roped in Adil Rashid. Punjab already have the likes of Murugan Ashwin and Ravi Bishnoi in the squad. How many spinners would be they be going with against Rajasthan Royals remains to be seen.
