Ruturaj Gaikwad has been the man for the CSK so far with some excellent outings and he showed his class in the previous game against Mumbai as well. He stepped up for the team when the whole side was in disarray losing early wickets and it needed big innings from the youngster. Gaikwad impressed everyone once again with an unbeaten 88 and his acceleration in the final overs against bowlers like Jasprit Bumrah was something extraordinary.

The opener had a fantastic season in the previous edition in UAE where he kept contributing in every game towards the end and continued his good form straightaway. He has made his debut for India as well and he is already looked into as the future of the side. Gaikwad will be one of the contenders for the man of the match award.

The English all-rounder Moeen Ali was one of the stars of the IPL 2021 so far for the CSK and he has been exceptional in the spin-friendly wickets. However, he failed to make it big in the first game of the UAE phase against Mumbai and was dismissed cheaply. He will face stiff competition from Sam Curran from the dugout.

Moeen Ali will very handful with the short boundaries as packs up a punch while striking the balls. He is more than a handy all-rounder and CSK will be looking to him to provide the best starts in the remaining games at number three.

Dwayne Bravo was one of the key players in the win against Mumbai Indians as the veteran proved his worth in the side as an all-rounder. Bravo had an excellent outing with both bat and ball and revived CSK at a crucial time. He finished off the inning with a blistering 23 off just 8 balls and hit 3 sixes in the innings.

He took his confidence into the bowling as well picking up 3 wickets for just 25 runs and controlled the run flow as well. His slower ones and variations will be effective in the Sharjah grounds and he will be looking to take advantage of the conditions.
