There Is A Reason Why We Now Say Mentor Singh Dhoni – Parthiv Patel Hails MS Dhoni

Former Indian wicketkeeper-batsman Parthiv Patel has showered praise on MS Dhoni after Chennai Super Kings (CSK) defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 35th match of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 at Sharjah Cricket Stadium.
Notably, MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings (CSK) managed to get a convincing win over the Virat Kohli’s Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by 6 wickets. CSK was at a disadvantage at the beginning of the game as RCB openers looked exceptional and added 111 runs. However, after that, the CSK’s bowling unit made a great comeback stopping RCB at the score of 156.
Speaking on Star Sports on Friday Parthiv Patel labelled MS Dhoni as Mentor Singh Dhoni referring to his role in India’s T20 World Cup 2021 team.
“There is a reason why we now say Mentor Singh Dhoni.”
Further former Indian wicketkeeper-batsman opined that MS Dhoni is a master tactician and he knows how to get the best out of his teammates. Parthiv Patel elaborated:
” He has been around for so many years, he understands the situation. He is a master of reading the pitches and a master of how to get the best out of your bowlers. He knows how to get the best out of Bravo, Shardul Thakur or Deepak Chahar.”

Further 36-year-old added that Mahendra Singh Dhoni has earned a lot of respect from players after his enormous success in cricket and everybody has a lot of faith in him. Parthiv Patel asserted:
“The good thing is that everyone trusts him. When there is a good plan, everyone trust him with it because there is a lot of experience behind it and lot of success behind it.”
Meanwhile, with the victory over Royal Challengers Bangalore, now Chennai Super Kings is sitting at the top of the points table with 14 points in their bag.
