Mohammad Nabi is an Afghanistan player who is 37 years old. He is an all-rounder who also leads Afghanistan national cricket team. He has played many games for Afghanistan and has also played in IPL before.

Mohammad Nabi Was Part Of the Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL 2022

Mohammad Nabi was a member of the Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL 2022. However, he was released by the team ahead of IPL 2023 auction. In the 2022 season, Nabi did not get a chance to play any games for Kolkata Knight Riders.

Nabi has been part of IPL since the 2017 season. He has played for two teams in IPL so far- Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders. He has played only 17 games in IPL so far. The right-handed batsman has scored 180 runs and picked up 13 wickets.

The Afghan all-rounder is quite active in franchise T20 leagues. He has played in leagues like Afghanistan Premier League, Pakistan Super League, Bangladesh Premier League, and Caribbean Premier League.

For Afghanistan, Nabi has played 3 Tests, 136 ODIs, and 103 T20Is. In 3 Tests, he has scored 33 runs and picked 8 wickets. In ODIs, he has scored 2956 runs in 121 games at an average of 27.12. He has also hit 1 century and 15 half-centuries in ODIs and picked 144 wickets.

In 103 T20Is for Afghanistan, Nabi has slammed 1664 runs at an average of 21.06 with 4 half-centuries and a strike rate of 139+. The right-arm off-spinner has also hunted 84 wickets in T20Is at an economy of 7.31.
